How do I register an account?
Registering your Voucher account is quick and easy. Simply visit http://www.voucher.com.au/account/login/?action=register and enter your details. Please remember that your login details are CaSe SenSiTive and you log in with your USERNAME (display name) not your email address.
How do I log in to my account?
To log into your Voucher account, click the green ‘Login’ button on the top right of the page and enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD, please remember they’re case sensitive.
(Again, remember that your USERNAME is NOT your email address! It is the “Username” you specified upon sign-up)
I don’t remember my password or username?
Retrieving your lost password or username is extremely easy, just visit http://www.voucher.com.au/account/login/?action=lostpassword and enter either the email address you signed up with, or the display name of your account. If you don’t have an account yet, you’ll receive an error and you’ll need to register a new account
How do I find the latest deals in my city?
Hover your mouse over the words “CHANGE CITY” to the left of the heart logo in the top right of any Voucher.com.au page to find any city that you’d like to check out. When you click on a city, you’ll be taken to a page with all current and even prior deals that we’ve run, so you can check out what we’ve done and what we’re likely to do again in the future! If you see something you loved, let us know at crew@voucher.com.au (we do actually read every single email we get!)
How do I purchase a Voucher?
Buying a voucher is pretty easy! Whether you’ve found a deal you like from signing up to our email list, or by browsing the website, you can’t miss our GIGANTIC green ‘Buy’ button. Once you’ve logged in to your account, click the green button and you’ll be directed to the payment area. You see the price of the deal, the quantity that you can buy, and payment method (which is paypal). Click purchase deal, and then you’ll be redirected to paypal.
You can either register yourself a new paypal account, or do a one off payment, it’s your choice, however you’ll need a debit/credit card or verified bank account if neither of those are available (bank verification takes up to a week).
Follow the prompts and complete your payment, and congratulations, you’ve just purchased yourself an awesome deal!
You’ll receive a confirmation email from us, and you’ll be able to use your voucher a couple of days after the deal expires.
How do I see my purchased vouchers?
Once you’ve purchased yourself a Voucher, we understand that in your excitement, you want to rush off and tell all your friends about the awesome deal you just got, however sometimes in that haste, you’ll forget your login details or not know how to find what you’ve bought and how to use it.
To see a list of the vouchers you own, please visit http://www.voucher.com.au/account
Once you’re logged in you’ll find a purchase history of the vouchers you’ve purchased. Click ‘PRINT YOUR VOUCHER’ to see a printable copy of your Voucher, with redemption instructions and Voucher Code!
How do I unsubscribe from the list?
At Voucher.com.au, we’re very fond of all of our customers, and we feel like every lost customer is a failure on our part to deliver you what you want. We understand that some people might not want to receive the latest offers in their city anymore, and that’s quite okay with us.
To unsubscribe from our emailing list, open any of the promotional emails we’ve sent you, and click the yellow ‘Unsubscribe’ button found at the bottom of the email.
